Jess has provided individual coaching for executives/managers and consulting to organizations around the world for over 14 years.
He combines a MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, 20 years of worldwide business management experience and his experience in coaching and organizational consulting to provide clients with effective strategies and programs to ensure results and return on investment. He is certified and experienced in the interpretation of Personnel Decisions International PROFILOR® 360 feedback instruments (PDI), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, and several other assessment and development instruments. Jess also works with expatriates to prepare them and their families for effectiveness in foreign postings and repatriation.
As a Senior Manager for the Arthur D. Little consulting firm, he developed strategy and organizational performance solutions for clients around the world. He led a team that structured and implemented a shared services organization for 12,000 employees in Latin America, including a major culture change and individual coaching effort. He also led a successful effort to develop and implement new business models and define roles and responsibilities for a major U.S. electric utility during its transition to deregulation.
Jess has additional corporate operating and managerial experience with energy companies in Latin America, the Middle East, and a major New York bank. He is fluent in Spanish.
He brings experience in global business realities and cross-cultural situations combined with a keen understanding of individual and organizational behaviors, and an effective, structured approach to optimizing individual and organizational performance.
