Performance Enhancement
for Individuals and Organizations

Organizations and their key leaders have to face and adapt effectively to the necessities of continual change. As all corporate leaders, executives and senior executives are fully aware, change and the need for adaptation, new learning, rethinking strategy and delivery, expansion, bringing new products to market, and global competition all bear constantly on the organization and its leadership.

Responding to these challenges and meeting them successfully means ongoing growth, development, and changes in leadership. For that reason the practices of coaching and leadership as well as organization effectiveness are inherently interrelated. Executive coaching is a form of leadership development and structured growth, and cannot be performed effectively without integrating and working from the context of shifting goals, strategies, and tactics in the organization.

That’s why effective coaching at this level has to include all three elements, to ensure that the person undertaking coaching is changing sufficiently and at the proper pace to carry her or his part in the company’s continuous improvement. While executive coaching can’t address all areas of learning new skills or preparing one to lead at a higher level, it has proven to be one of the most effective approaches for bringing about rapid and sustained behavioral and leadership changes available for companies today.
